I am a Mental Health Nurse and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, with experience working with adults across a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My clinical background includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, stress, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and life transitions.
I have experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders and have completed specialist training in tailored psychosocial support. I am also trained in Structured Clinical Management, which informs a clear, consistent, and collaborative approach to therapy, particularly when working with complex emotional and interpersonal difficulties.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and the importance of a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively with clients, adapting therapy to individual needs and ways of processing, and I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure the care I provide is ethical, effective, and responsive.
